The hotel staff was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly and ensured a smooth, efficient check-in. A special thanks to Mina at the front office for his support throughout my stay, and to Karolina at concierge—without them, my trip wouldn’t have been the same. Karolina gave my parents andI the best experience in Milan with excellent restaurant recommendations and a beautiful Lake Como itinerary. The hotel’s design is stunning, and the location is perfect. Big thanks to the management for assembling such an attentive, thoughtful, and solution-oriented team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart—I will definitely return when I'm back in Milan.

At arrival, although I had booked a deluxe room, I was given the worst room of the hotel, with a view to a heavy construction site of the patio, with no heating in the room, a fire alarm on the ceiling with low battery (blinking during the entire night) and EXTREMELY HORRIBLE noise from the renovation of the hotel starting at 7am. What a nightmare!!! After my complaints the following morning, I was moved (upgraded) to a much nicer room: silent, large, warm and with a great view to the Emanuelle Gallery. Fantastic! I have to praise the hotel for that!!! Thank you! It really made a difference!!

Last time it was easier to check in a bit early, but this time even after asking to check in just some minutes early, the staff seemed to be quite unsupportive and overall hotel is not suitable to stay with the baby, as staff seemed to be uncomfortable with that, though the room and view were amazing.

The location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and transportation. Our room had a view of Milan Galleria. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bed and high-quality linen that ensured a good night's sleep. The decor was modern and tasteful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities in the room, such as the coffee maker, minibar, and toiletries, were of high quality and added to the overall comfort.

Very nice hotel approx 100m from Duomo. Interesting rooms in a historic building. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Balcony to room over looked Galleria Vitorio Emanuele so people watching was great. Food in hotel restaurant was much better than some other offerings nearby with the added benefit of also overlooking the Galleria. Duomo Metro and local trams stops very close and easy to get around city. Overall a great find in the heart of Milan.
